The Interact Club is joining the American Heart Association to fight heart disease! From May 7th - May 11th we will be selling raffle tickets to finish our fundraiser. $1 for a raffle ticket and 1 ticket to vote for who wears a red tutu on May 11th! Wear a red t-shirt on Friday, May 11th to show your support.  Let’s turn Millbrook RED!!

Counseling News
If you are interested in law enforcement the Frederick County Sheriff's Office Explorers Post 152 is a program for the youth ages 12-20 that provides insight of the purpose, mission, and objectives of law enforcement agencies. They will meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6-8 pm. For more information please see Guidance. 

Attention Seniors - Stop by Guidance and sign up to let us know what you’re doing after High School - Where you’re going to college, what branch of service you are joining or where you are going to work. Also, don’t forget if you will be going to college you must order your final transcript be sent through Parchment.

Club News
Spirit Club will meet after school in room 614 from 2:45 to 4:00.

The final meeting of the Millbrook Chapter of the National Honor Society will be held after school in the auditorium. This is a mandatory meeting for all members. Level 3 paperwork is due from seniors and juniors will vote for 2018-2019 chapter officers. Banquet preparations will be finalized.

Congratulations to the girls Track and Field team on its 2nd place finish at the 13-team Falcon Track Classic invitational on Friday.

The following athletes won their events:
Sarah Purdy (100m Hurdles)
Mellany Groll (800m)
Kaycee Cox-Philyaw (1600m)
Emily Muldowney (3200m)

Congratulations also to David Blackstone on his first place finish in the 300m Hurdles in a state qualifying time.
